Tom Norton is responsible for the development and growth of strategic sales and partner relationships with eCommLink's clients.
He brings a breadth of card-based remittance expertise, including retail, consumer products, financial services, the travel industry, and e-commerce.
He recently joined eCommLink to provide selling leadership and experience as the company expands the sales base of its next generation processing platform.
Mr. Norton has been especially effective at assisting clients and customers in defining key issues or problems, then providing the right products or solutions.
Before joining eCommLink, Norton served as VP of Business Development and Strategic Relationships for Vigo Remittance Corp., the third largest money transmitter in the USA. At Vigo, he oversaw the launch of their US service through 10,000 credit unions, as well as launching the functionality of card-based prepaid and cross-border products.
He also served for 10 years as VP-general manager of SkyTeller, LLC, and as VP of M & A for Western Union North America, both subsidiaries of First Data Corporation.
He began his career at Kraft General Foods.
Tom is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Washington University with continuing education at the Cornell Food Executive Program.
