Theo Smid

Mr. Theo Smid is an Economist at Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen Boerenleenbank BA.
He has worked at the Economic Research Department since 1 May 2011.
He is responsible for writing regular publications including the Economic Update, the Monthly Outlook, the Quarterly Economic Report and Outlook 20XX.
His main interests concern the study of the labour market, the ageing of the population and pensions.
He previously worked as a researcher at SEO Economic Research for two years.
Mr. Smid studied General Economics at Tilburg University and then completed a postgraduate course on International Relations at the University of Cape Town.
