Tarita L. Mosley

Ms. Mosley brings a well-rounded background with over 17 years experience in administration, finance, sales management, office management, and human resources in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors.
Prior to joining the JumpStart team, she served in administration at Crain Communications for over a decade.
Upon leaving Crain's, she returned to school and is currently an honor student at Baldwin-Wallace College, majoring in Organizational Leadership, with certification in Organizational Development and Human Resources Management.
As Program Manager, she assists with the development of specific programs and initiatives for the attainment of organizational metrics on all matters related to diversity and economic inclusion.
She also manages JumpStart's supplier diversity initiative.
She has been consistently active in philanthropy for the Greater Cleveland community for over 10 years, including participating in the Grand Opening of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.
She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Professionals and the National Conference for Community and Justice.
