Steve Holman

Mr. Steve Holman is Vice President & General Counsel at MMA Renewable Ventures LLC.
He is responsible for the oversight of all legal affairs and plays an active role in the company’s business development efforts.
Previously, Mr. Holman was a partner with the law firm Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP, where he represented some of the energy industry’s leading producers in connection with their project development, financing and M&A transactions, including Calpine, Orion Power, Reliant, TXU and Invenergy.
Prior to that, he was an attorney with the law firm Hogan & Hartson where he also focused on energy transactional matters.
With over 13 years of experience, he has represented public and private companies in over $6 billion of energy project development, financing and acquisition transactions.
Mr. Holman holds a BA from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a JD from Washington & Lee University.
