Fontenay Gestion (FG) is a subsidiary of Neuflize Private Assets SA, part of ABN AMRO Holding NV (XA: AAB; NYSE: ABN) with the ultimate parent firm RFS Holdings BV, which is a new company formed by Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC, Fortis Group NV and Santander Central Hispano SA. FG is located in Paris, the firm was established in 2000 by Philippe de Fontenay to manage assets for the private clientele of Massonnaud-Fontenay, which became ABN AMRO Securities France. In 2007 FG absorbed their subsidiary FGA Gestion, established in 1987 and formerly known as François Dufour Gestion. The firm manages discretionary accounts as well as mutual funds, delegating alternative portfolios to specialist third parties. They also provide financial advisory services. Their clientele include both retail and high-net worth private individuals.

Neuflize Private Assets SA (NPA) is the French subsidiary of Banque Neuflize OBC SA, itself a subsidiary of the Government od The Netherlands' ABN AMRO Group NV. Created in 2000 by François Mouté, the firm is ABN AMRO's U.S. equities and absolute return expertise center. Based in Paris, NPA manages Absolute Performance Funds, U.S. equity funds and also offers management through customized private mandates to high net-worth clients in France and abroad.
