Ms. Griffin is an accomplished global executive and leader with extensive management, operational, strategy, marketing, research and communications experience.
She was the Strategic Marketing Officer at Motorola, Inc. She created and directed the very beneficial relationship with the MIT Media Lab resulting in several patents and key investments.
Ms. Griffin has provided entrepreneurial solutions and strategic direction to organizations experiencing start-up, rapid growth or change – by identifying, assessing and building upon core strengths.
She believes that the cornerstone of an organization’s success is the ability to assemble and empower highly talented teams to drive growth and change.
At Motorola, she helped create the Multimedia Business and ran the Software Investments Group.
She created and ran the global market research and sponsorship functions as well as the business assessment function.
She is a Founding and current Trustee of the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy.
Ms. Griffin holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing.
