Sharon has worked in consumer products for the last 25+ years as a successful brand builder, innovator, business executive and investor.
She leverages her extensive experience to partner with emerging brands on how to connect with consumers, develop breakthrough innovation, and win in highly competitive categories.
Prior to joining Loft Growth Partners, Sharon held several executive positions at PepsiCo and Kraft Foods where she pioneered and led domestic and global innovation efforts for the iconic brands Starbucks (RTD), Aquafina, Quaker and Philadelphia brand names just to name a few.
Her innovation success led to over $2 billion of new CPG businesses around the world and Sharon was named among the Top Women in Grocery by Progressive Grocer Magazine.
