Rohit Talwalkar

Rohit joined Eversource in 2022 as Managing Director in Investment Team.
He has over 23 years of experience in Financial Services and has nurtured strong corporate and institutional relationships.
Prior to Eversource, since 2011, Rohit was Head of Corporate & Structured Finance with IndoStar Capital Finance (Everstone investee company) and Everstone Credit Platform where he successfully deployed > USD 1.5 bn across sectors.
From 2006 to 2011, Rohit was Investment Manager & Chief Compliance Officer with ADM Capital where he was part of core investment team which deployed USD 500 mn across various special situations opportunities.
Prior to ADM, Rohit worked with PriceWaterHouseCoopers across functions (investment banking, valuations, due diligence and tax advisory) and Tata AutoComp Systems Limited (in legal & compliance functions).
Rohit holds a PGPM (MBA) from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, law degree (LL.B.) from Pune University and Company Secretary.
