Mr. Paterson career includes E Trade where, as Corporate Development Officer in charge of Marketing, he saw the company through its successful IPO.
He also served as CEO of MIA Financial Services a global provider of proprietary financial trading information with offices in New York, London, and Hong Kong.
As Vice President of Shark Information Services, a provider of an advanced securities trading platform and network, he held a variety of roles including system development, technical sales, international development, and marketing.
He participated in the company’s sale to Wang Labs and then to Infotech Corporation.
Prior to this Mr. Paterson held various management positions with American Express, RCA and Xerox.
Mr. Paterson studied physics in the United Kingdom and attended management school at the University of Michigan.
