Robert P.
Belcher joined Memry Corporation in July 1999 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer in April 2006 and has been Vice Chairman since 2004.
He was appointed Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration for Memry in July 2001, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer in September 1999 and President and Chief Executive Officer in December 2005 and was Vice President from September 1999 to July 2001.
He was Chief Financial Officer for Eatwell Enterprises and Managing Director of Associated Asset Management, Inc. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Belcher was Chief Financial Officer for Andersen Group, Inc. From 1994 to 1996, he was Principal of Booz, Allen & Hamilton.
From 1988 to 1994, he was Executive Vice President of Trinity Capital Corporation.
From 1981 to 1988, Mr. Belcher held various senior staff positions at Combustion Engineering, Inc., including Corporate Vice President of Operations Consulting and Corporate Vice President of Strategic Planning.
He worked for Combustion Engineering, Inc. and Kendall Company's Hospital Products Division.
He served as a Supply Officer in the U.S.
Navy from 1971 to 1974.
Mr. Belcher received a BA degree and an MA in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
