Robert L. Seale

Mr. Seale practiced as a CPA for over 20 years in both public and corporate accounting positions.
He served as the Managing Partner of Pangborn & Co. CPA's in Reno.
From 1990 through 1998, he served two terms as the Treasurer of the State of Nevada where he managed a $2.1 billion dollar portfolio and the states $28 billion cash flows.
During his tenure as Treasurer, he served as President of the National Association of State Treasurers.
Most recently, Mr. Seale served as Managing Director of Gabelli Fixed Income where he had responsibilities for managing all aspects of the firm as a senior executive.
He has been involved in many worthwhile causes, among them assisting in the establishment of the Desert Research Institute's Great Basin Laboratory in 1995 and past President of the Nevada Museum of Art.
He recently completed nearly four years as Chairman of the Nevada Republican Party.
He received his BS in Accountancy from California State Polytechnic University in 1964.
