Goldfarb is currently the President, Director & General Counsel at Accu-Break Pharmaceuticals, Inc. He is also the Director & General Counsel at Sustained Nano Systems LLC.
Additionally, he is a Member of The Florida Bar and the Chief Operating Officer at Nexien BioPharma, Inc. Previously, Mr. Goldfarb held positions as a Director at Scion Cardio-Vascular, Inc. and NanoSystems LLC.
He was also the Chief Operating Officer at Kinder Holding Corp.
From 2005 to 2006, he served as the Secretary, Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Andrx Corp.
Prior to that, he was a Partner at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP from 1986 to 2000.
Mr. Goldfarb completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut and obtained a graduate degree from the University of Florida in 1980.
