Richard D.
Gitlin is Chief Technology Officer of Hammerhead Systems, Inc. He was a Director of PCTEL, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Gitlin was Vice President of Technology and Chief Technology Officer of NEC Labs America.

Mr. Gitlin is a Member of the National Academy of Engineering, a Fellow of the IEEE.
He received a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from The City College of New York, a Master's degree and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.
