Rainer Günther

Mr. Rainer Günther is a Head of Trading at CM-Equity AG.
He has over 25 years of extensive experience in proprietary trading on domestic and foreign capital markets.
He joined CM-Equity AG in 2006.
In his Managing Director role, he is an allowed officer at CM- Equity AG.
His powerful skills in fundamental and sentiment analysis and his profound market knowledge are of essential value to the Asset Management Team of CM-Equity AG.
In 2016, he joined Asset Management.
Since 2009 he had led the trading desk.
He started his career at Bayerische Hypotheken- und Wechselbank AG (now Unicredit) in 1984, moved to Baader Wertpapierhandelsbank AG as market specialist in equity trading and worked as a proprietary trader at MWB Wertpapierhandelshaus AG.
He holds a Diploma in Business Administration (VWA).
