and offshore corporate finance opportunities.
Previously, he was U.S.
and International Counsel for W.
R.
Grace & Co.; in 1977, he was recruited to be Assistant General Counsel for Norton Simon.
Fluent in French and Spanish, in 1981, he was appointed Director-International for Warner Communications where he designed and directed a worldwide program to streamline the company's infrastructure for 120 subsidiaries in 73 countries.
Thereafter, he was appointed Senior Vice President & General Counsel for Mastercard International, participating in that company's international expansion.
Mr. de la Chapelle graduated from the Lycee Francais and Columbia College in New York and received a J.D.
from Georgetown Law School.
