Mr. Philip Conner is a Principal in the Investment Research Department of Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI).
Prior to joining PREI in April 1999, Mr. Conner was Publications Director and Editor for the Pension Real Estate Association, PREA.
While at PREA, he was responsible for overseeing all print and electronic publications for the association.
His real estate experience also includes six years as a commercial appraiser with Arnold Grant Associates, Inc. in Hartford, Connecticut.
Mr. Conner received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Middlebury College in 1989, and an MBA in finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 2002.
