Phil Salsbery

Mr. Salsbery is a Co-Founder of 316 Investments and has been active since it’s inception, recently taking on the role of CFO.
He has a BA in Business Administration and Economics from Hanover College.
Prior to the founding of 316 Investments, Mr. Salsbery held positions in sales and sales management with Wallace Computer Services, a large public company.
His career turned to operations management, marketing and executive management with Group Dekko, a private, diversified supplier to the automotive, appliance and office furniture industries, ultimately becoming the President of the Automotive Group.
In the spring of 1998, along with Mr. Willman, he pursued his entrepreneurial dream by forming 316 Investments.
Mr. Salsbery is on the Board of Directors of the Dekko Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on fostering economic freedom through education.
He is also a Trustee of Hanover College.
He lives in Indianapolis, Indiana with his wife Susan.
