Peter M. Jacobson

Mr. Peter M.
Jacobson is Vice President-Operations at North Central Equity LLC.
He has served as a senior executive in various companies controlled by Mr. Baer since 1996.
He was also founder and president/CEO of Residential Alternatives, Inc. and Independent Alternatives Inc., residential and independent living facilities for the developmentally disabled.
He has founded and managed several other companies, including residential and commercial general-contracting firms, an electrical-contracting firm and a contract furniture operation.
He has provided management and design consultation to businesses.
Mr. Jacobson received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota in 1967.
After graduating from college, he spend several years as a Landscape Architect for the City of St. Paul and the Metropolitan Council, a regional planning authority.
