Pekka Juusela

Mr. Pekka Juusela was previously Head of Private Equity at the government funding agency Finnfund in Helsinki.
Mr. Juusela was Finnfund’s Regional Director based in Kuala Lumpur from 1999 to 2005.
He moved to Finland in March 2005 to work as Senior Investment Manager with Finnfund’s Investment Operations Division in Helsinki.
Mr. Juusela first joined Finnfund in 1990, and after an interim period of some years with the United Nations in Kenya and Switzerland he rejoined the company to head their SEA Office in 1999.
Prior to joining Finnfund in 1990, Mr. Juusela had acquired post-graduate experience in Corporate Finance and Financial Administration.
In addition to working in Finland, he has had extensive exposure to South East Asia and East Africa.
Mr. Juusela holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the Helsinki School of Economics.
He is also a Chartered Accountant.
