Payesh Jhaveri

Payesh Jhaveri brings over 17 years of financial leadership at both public and private companies.
Most recently, Mr. Jhaveri served as controller for Iphotonics, Inc., an optical division of Solectron Corporation, from July 2000 to April of 2004, where he directed all finance operations.
While at Solectron, Mr. Jhaveri, reduced 'days sales outstanding' to less than 40 days, improved inventory turns from 7 to over 12, and implemented a new state-of-the-art Oracle ERP system.
He was instrumental in establishing the finance department, which supported revenue growth from just $400,000 a year to more than $25 million annually and played a key role in bringing the segment to cash flow break-even.
Before joining Iphotonics, Mr. Jhaveri worked as a business unit controller with the process division of GSE Systems, Inc. He has also held key finance positions with ManTech Solutions, a subsidiary of ManTech International Corporation, and Hills of Westchester, Inc. Mr. Jhaveri earned an MBA from Ohio University in 1986 and received a Bachelors in Commerce from Bombay University in 1984.
