Paul McMenamin

Mr. Paul McMenamin joined Corvil in April 2004 as Vice President of Engineering.
He has worked in the telecommunications industry for 24 years, with Nortel Networks and its various subsidiary companies.
Most recently he has had several roles in Nortel's Optical Networks Division, including responsibility as Vice President of the product development lab at Monkstown, near Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Work there focused on fiber optic systems for communications transmission infrastructure.
He has directed product development and systems analysis for Nortel both in Optical and TDM networks in: Ottawa, Atlanta, Raleigh, Istanbul, London and Belfast.
The network elements he has delivered to market are deployed worldwide in the thousands, and have been highly profitable ventures.
His global customers have included major carriers, such as C&W, China Telecom, MCI, SingTel, Sprint, Telefonica and many others.
He has received a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Concordia University in Montreal, and a Master of Mathematics and PhD from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.
He is a senior member of the IEEE.
