Zaffaroni has served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Dendrite since 2001.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Zaffaroni spent 10 years at Acxiom Corporation, serving in various capacities including Corporate Sales Leader, Division Leader and Senior Vice President.
Prior to Acxiom, Mr. Zaffaroni spent 21 years at IBM Corporation.
Mr. Zaffaroni holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
