Nigel G. Blanshard

Mr. Nigel G.
Blanshard is a Founder & Chief Investment Officer at Culross Global Management Ltd.
He is also a Founder and a Member of the Investment Committee at the firm.
As CIO, he is responsible for manager selection and portfolio management.
Since 2001, he has been a Member of the Board Mr. Blanshard began his career in 1980 as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at INA Insurance (latterly CIGNA).
In 1986, he became Head of Fixed Income, managing $3.5bn and leading a team of 24 employees.
In 1989, he was appointed CIO of newly-founded Century Asset Management, where he managed bond portfolios and traded futures, options and FX according to a global macro absolute return methodology.
Mr. Blanshard studied his MA in Engineering and Geography at Cambridge University.
