Nick joined Actis in May 2021 and is responsible for recruitment at the firm.
This includes hiring across all of the business areas including our investment professionals, Investor Development Group and platform professionals in our global network of offices.
Nick has over 20 years’ experience as an executive recruiter in financial services.
Before Actis he worked at Leathwaite Human Capital in executive search and talent advisory for 17 years.
During his time there he also set up and ran the APAC office in Hong Kong and was the firm’s COO.
