Formerly known as Hispaniola LLP and as Atlantic Equities LLP, the firm was founded in 2003 by Christopher Middleton, Hamilton Faber, Keely Oliver, Marlus McNally and Vernon Golding. They were acquired by Redburn (Europe) Ltd. in 2023 and change their name to AE Continuation LLP.
