(SMDAM-HK) is the wholly-owned, Hong Kong-based investment management subsidiary of Sumitomo Mitsui DS Asset Management Co., Ltd., ultimately held by MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings, Inc. (TYO: 8725), an insurance holding company headquartered in Japan. The firm was founded in 2019 when Sumitomo Mitsui Asset Management and Daiwa SB Investments merged. SMDAM-HK provides asset management, advisory, investment trusts and other services to a diverse client base composed of Japanese and non-Japanese institutional (pension funds, financial institutions, etc.) and individual investors.

Daiwa SB Investments (Singapore) Ltd. (DSBI Singapore) is the wholly-owned Singapore-based investment management subsidiary of Daiwa SB Investments Ltd. in Japan. Formerly known as Daiwa International Capital Management (Singapore) Ltd., the firm was established in 1985 and offers professional investment services for pension sponsors, financial institutions and government agencies. In addition, they provide investment advisory services for portfolio management and management of investment trusts for individual investors, private investment trusts for institutional investors, offer products for DC plans and manage variable annuity products.

Daiwa SB Investments Ltd. is an independent Japanese asset management firm which was founded in 1973 as Daiwa International Capital Management Co., Ltd (DICM).
