Ming Siu

Prior to joining Tallwood, Mr. Siu spent more than six years as the Senior Manager of Finance and Accounting at Interwoven, an enterprise software company.
During his tenure at Interwoven, Ming built the finance team; established finance procedures for the company including budgeting, revenue forecasting, expense management and performance measurements; and managed the expansion and reduction of finance and accounting staff during business cycles.
Previously, he held the position of Accounting Manager at the corporate headquarters for goodguys where he managed a team of accountants and co-op program specialists.
He started his career at Omnicell, a manufacturer of automatic inventory systems for the medical industry, as a Senior Cost/Financial Analyst.
Mr. Siu is a licensed CPA.
He graduated summa cum laude with a B.S.
in Accounting and an M.B.A.
with emphasis in International Business from California State University, Hayward.
