Mr. Michael E.
Salerno is a Managing Partner at AUA Capital Management LLC.
He has over 20 years of experience as a family wealth and Investment professional.
He co-founded the firm in 2013.
Mr. Salerno was a managing director, partner and member of the investment and executive committees of QFS Asset Management, a premier global alternative asset manager specializing in quantitative investment strategies with over $1 billion in assets under management.
He was the co-founder and CIO of Cenario Capital Management, a firm that specialized in global risk and volatility managed portfolio advisory services for institutions and family offices.
Mr. Salerno served as the chief investment officer for the Unanue Family Office and was the founding managing director and chief investment officer for the predecessor to Select Trust and Asset Management, the family office for the Ortenzio Family.
During his career, Mr. Salerno has served as strategic and corporate finance advisor or CFO for a number of high growth private and family owned companies.
He was the president of M&T Capital, the venture subsidiary of M&T Bank and was the managing general partner of Select Capital Ventures, an independent SBIC licensed venture capital fund.
Mr. Salermo also served on the investment committee of Murex Investments, a Philadelphia based venture fund and the Board of Precision Custom Components, Inc., a York, PA based defense and industrial engineering and manufacturing company.
He received his undergraduate degree from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
