He began his career at Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co., Inc. in New York, where he focused on public equity and debt offerings and merger and acquisition activities in the healthcare sector.
Mr. Crother currently serves as Chairman of the Boars of D&S Residential Holdings, Inc.; Cambridge Home Health Care Holdings, LLC.
He also serves as Vice Chairman of CK Franchising, Inc.
Mr. Crother received his BS in International Relations from the University of Virginia in 1988.
