Earlier in his career, he was a consultant for Asset Strategy Consulting, helping institutional clients determine the strategic direction of investment programs.
Before that, he spent time in NYNEX Corporation's NYNEX Asset Management Company implementing asset allocation decisions for pension and retiree health care assets.
Mr. Porter received an MBA in finance from Cornell University and a B.S.
in business administration from Villanova University.
