Matthew Steven Villa

Prior to joining Fox Asset Management, Mr.Villa was a Vice President in Compliance for Prudential Investments LLC.
Previously, he worked at TD Waterhouse Investment Services, Inc. as a Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer and at Dreyfus Service Corporation as a Team Leader in Risk Management and Compliance in the Legal Affairs Department.
Mr. Villa earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Monmouth University.
He has held various licenses and is a FINRA Dispute Resolution Arbitrator.
