Matthew Fort

Matthew Fort is Vice President, Investor Relations for Ingersoll Rand.
In this role, he leads the investor relations function as well as the company’s global corporate financial planning and analysis team.
He joined Ingersoll Rand in 2020 as the VP of Finance for the Power Tools and Lifting business.
He moved into his current role in June 2022.
Prior to Ingersoll Rand, he spent 17 years at Newell Brands in various financial roles, including FP&A, and supporting sales and marketing, operations and supply chain.
He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor.
Matthew has an accounting degree from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York, and is a certified public accountant.
