Mr. Townley joined Miria Systems in September 2006.
He is the former President and CEO of Longview Solutions, where he transformed the company into a leader in corporate budgeting and planning software.
Prior to joining Longview Solutions in 1997, he spent 15 years with Shared Medical Systems, ultimately serving as Senior VP, Health Solutions, for this leading worldwide provider of health information and systems.
Mr. Townley holds a B.S.
degree in business administration from the University of Missouri at Columbia with a dual major in marketing and management.
He serves on the board of directors for Edison Venture Partners.
