Mark Pospisilik

Mr. Mark Pospisilik is a Co-Founder at Third Eye Asset Management BV.
Prior to setting up Third Eye, he worked as a Senior Equity research Analyst on the Life Sciences team in the Securities division of Kempen & Co, a merchant bank in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
He has over fifteen years of work experience and of that more than six years of experience in Life Sciences equity markets, analyzing companies across the technology spectrum, including therapeutics, diagnostics and medical devices.
During his time with Kempen & Co from 2010 to 2016, he contributed to the coverage of over 30 listed European Life Sciences companies, and was involved in numerous IPO's and secondary financings.
He started his career as an intellectual property lawyer at Vermette & Co, in Vancouver, Canada, where he enabled technology companies to obtain patent protection in Canada, the US, Europe and Japan, and to enforce and license their patent and trademark rights globally.
He received his BS in Life Science from the University of British Columbia, his JD degree from La Pontificia Universidad Catholica and his MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from Erasmus University-Rotterdam School of Management.
