Ms. Madeline S.
Ward, CPA MBA, is Controller at PEB Associates, Inc. She joined Liberty Partners in 1999 after seven years with Empire State Development Corporation.
Previously, she has held positions in large multi-national companies involving consolidation accounting, public offerings, acquisition work, and the development of new accounting structures and system conversions.
Ms. Ward also spent a combined seven years at Ernst & Young and Coopers & Lybrand working primarily for SEC clients and is a recipient of an award from the Financial Analyst Federation for excellence in corporate reporting.
Ms. Ward is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a BBA and MBA from Pace University.
