Luke Knott

Mr. Luke Knott is an Investment Committee at Black Diamond Financial LLC.
He brings substantial financial knowledge to the committee from his experience working in private equity and investment banking.
He also serves as a Business Systems Associate at CDS Logistics, a nationwide logistics company and one of Dyson Dryden’s portfolio companies.
Previously, he was a Private Equity Associate at Blackstreet Capital Holdings, a distressed buyout firm.
He was deeply engaged in the firm’s new investment process, valuation analyses and portfolio operations.
Prior to joining Blackstreet, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Stifel, where he completed equity and debt financings and mergers & acquisitions.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Richmond, where he graduated magna cum laude.
