Lina Gaydarova

Lina is a senior director at BVP Forge, which is the unique combination of a private equity firm for growth-oriented, self-sustaining businesses paired with access to BVP’s renowned venture platform.
Lina is responsible for developing investment themes, sourcing investment opportunities, and helping build the Forge platform.
Prior to joining BVP Forge, Lina was a director at Turn/River Capital, a software investment fund specializing in growth equity investments, buyouts, spin-outs, and recapitalizations, where she was responsible for sourcing and evaluating proprietary B2B software opportunities.
Prior to Turn/River Capital, she was an investor at OpenGate Capital where she helped pioneer their technology investment arm by sourcing and evaluating B2B SaaS and tech enabled services opportunities.
Lina started her career at Bainbridge, a buy-side advisory firm, where she sourced and evaluated opportunities in industrials, consumer, and software.
Lina earned a B.A. in economics and management at the University of California, Irvine.
In her spare time, Lina enjoys eating sushi, going on long walks with her dog, doing reformer Pilates, and spending time with family and friends.
