Kyle C. Fleit

Prior to joining PRP in 2005, Mr. Fleit was an analyst at TouchStone Partners in Baltimore, MD.
At TouchStone, He was involved in underwriting and managing portfolios of distressed debt instruments, including sub-performing and nonperforming municipal bonds, HUD loans, and private bank loans.
Mr. Fleit also provided portfolio liquidation analysis, performance, and financial reporting to investors, consultants, and auditors, including the firm’s quarterly/annual financial statements and its Management Discussion & Analysis.
Mr. Fleit earned his B.S.
in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, where he graduated with University Honors.
He is a Level III candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst Program.
