Nelson Colbert is a Managing Director & General Counsel at Ziegler Lotsoff Capital Management LLC since June 2011.
Prior to Ziegler Lotsoff, she was with Ziegler Capital Management .
Prior to joining Ziegler in 2008, she worked for the City of Chicago for 11 years.
Before joining the City of Chicago, she spent four years working as a litigation attorney, practicing in the tort, contract, insurance coverage, and appellate areas.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors of SOS Children’s Villages of Illinois, Mount Carmel High School, and the Louis L.
Valentine Boys & Girls Club.
Ms. Nelson Colbert received her undergraduate degree from Creighton University, an undergraduate degree from the University of St. Francis (Illinois), and a graduate degree from John Marshall Law School.
