FJ Capital Management LLC (FJ Capital) is an independent, SEC-registered investment advisor and hedge fund manager headquartered in McLean, Virginia. The firm was co-founded by Martin Friedman and Andrew Jose in 2007. FJ Capital manages private investments funds that are offered to sophisticated investors.

Founded in 1989, FBR Capital Markets & Co., formerly Friedman, Billings, Ramsey & Co., is a broker/dealer headquartered in Arlington, Virginia with additional offices throughout the US.
