Johnny L. Hutton

Mr. Hutton brings a wealth of entrepreneurial, business development, and project management experience to the JumpStart Inclusion Advisors team.
He is an experienced executive and serial entrepreneur with more than 19 years of business consulting, software, hospitality, information technology and construction industry start-up leadership experience.
Most recently, he founded MTH Consulting, a management and business development firm that served companies in Cleveland and Columbus for five years.
Prior to that, he was Vice President, Senior Advisor for Redus Small Business Advisors, LLC (RSBA) where he worked with small to mid-sized companies focused on strategic planning and management assistance.
Mr. Hutton also launched a series of other start-ups, including JL HuttonCustom Cabinets and Renovations LLC, a residential and commercial construction and management company operating in Cleveland and Nashville, and HESS LLC, an environmental solutions firm combining alternative energy solutions with advanced environmental systems technology.
He was a member of the management team and ultimately the corporate team of Morton’s of Chicago, launching new restaurants for the national chain in Nashville and San Francisco.
Before Morton’s, he launched his first company, HB Concepts Inc., a graphic design and marketing firm targeting small to mid-sized businesses.
Mr. Hutton attended Morehouse College in Atlanta.
