Jessie Hou

Jessie Hou is a Director, Forecasting, in the Deerfield Institute and joined Deerfield in 2021.
Prior to Deerfield, Ms. Hou spent six years at Boehringer Ingelheim, most recently as Senior Associate Director, Specialty Care Forecasting.
Previously to that, Ms. Hou was Associate Manager of a corporate venture capital fund at Ajinomoto Group, Consultant at 21Ventures and Scientist at Shire Pharmaceuticals (now part of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company).
Ms. Hou holds B.S.
in Chemical Engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing, an M.S.
from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Chemical & Biological Engineering, and an M.B.A.
from the NYU-Stern School of Business.
She is also a CFA charterholder
