Jeffrey B. Locke

Prior to joining PRP in 2007, Mr. Locke was with Jones Lang LaSalle where he served as Lead Analyst for U.S.
Air Force housing privatization efforts for nearly 6,000 housing units at 12 Air Force bases, including concept and RFP development, developer solicitation, evaluation, selection, and negotiation.
In this role, he developed complex financial pro forma models based on market standards and programmatic assumptions to forecast long-term financial health, capabilities, and value of residential projects to aide military housing decisions.
Mr. Locke was also the Lead Analyst in advising the Secretary of the Air Force on the feasibility of housing development plans for 1,200 housing units at Keesler Air Force Base after Hurricane Katrina.
Mr. Locke received his B.A.
in Economics from Dartmouth College.
He is Series 7 and 66 certified and an active member of ULI
