Mr. Jeffrey A.
Rutledge, CFA, is a Portfolio Manager at Bessemer Investment Management LLC.
In this role, he leverages the firm’s best thinking and works collaboratively with a team of highly experienced analysts and researchers to manage the firm's Large Cap Global Equities Strategy.
He previously served as Portfolio Manager for Large Cap Core and Large Cap Strategies, as a team leader for the industrial and utilities sectors of global equities, and as a research analyst for the U.S.
Mid Cap equity portfolio.
He is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Bessemer, he was a research associate at Bear Stearns, covering aerospace/defense electronics and wireline telecommunication.
Before that, he spent 13 years as an officer in the U.S.
Marine Corps in various assignments.
He received B.S.
in industrial engineering from Lehigh University and earned an M.S., with distinction, in management-finance from the Naval Postgraduate School.
He is a CFA charter holder.
