Mr Jeff Thomasson qualified as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte & Touche in the US in 1989 and while with Deloitte relocated to the UK in 1993.
He joined Taylor & Francis as Deputy Group Finance Director in 1999, having worked with the company on its 1998 flotation on the London Stock Exchange and its subsequent acquisition of Routledge in the same year.
Mr Thomasson was appointed Company Secretary of Taylor & Francis Group plc in 2002 and was appointed Company Secretary of T&F Informa plc (now Informa plc) upon the merger of Taylor & Francis with Informa in May 2004.
