The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) is a non-profit organization that provides entrepreneurship education to middle school, high school, and postsecondary students in 30 states and 31 countries. The non-profit company is based in New York, NY. NFTE aims to ignite the entrepreneurial mindset in students, empowering them to own their futures regardless of their family income, community resources, special needs, gender identity, race, or ethnicity. NFTE has educated over a million students through in-school, out-of-school, in-person, online, or hybrid programs. The company was founded in 1987 by Carl Press and Philip A. McNeill, and J.D. LaRock has been the CEO of the company since 2019.
