Jay D. Jarrett

Prior to joining PRP, Mr. Jarrett served as Senior Vice President and Director of Investor Relations at New Boston Fund, a Boston-based real estate investment manager, where he led a team responsible for capital sourcing, marketing, and client management efforts to institutions, consultants, family offices, and multifamily offices in the U.S.
and abroad.
Previously, he served as Vice President and National Director of Sales for IXIS Intermediary Services, a division of IXIS Asset Management North America, and prior to this as a Vice President of UAM Investment Services, a division of United Asset Management.
Mr. Jarrett received his B.A.
from Denison University.
He is an active member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), the National Association of Real Estate Managers (NAREIM), and the Investment Management Consultants Association (IMCA).
