Prior to joining FGG in 2008, Mr. Badesha was a Senior Analyst on the Alternative Investment Research team at Citigroup Global Wealth Management.
At Citigroup, Mr. Badesha was responsible for selecting and monitoring fund of hedge funds distributed throughout the Citigroup Private Bank and Smith Barney globally.
Prior to his time on the Alternative Investment Research team, Mr. Badesha was part of Global Hedge Strategies, LLC ("GHS"), a joint venture between Citigroup Global Wealth Management and Pacific Alternative Asset Management Company, LLC (PAAMCO).
GHS specialized in the construction of customized hedge fund portfolios for the ultra-high-net-worth clients of Citigroup Global Wealth Management.
Prior to GHS, Mr. Badesha worked at Citigroup's Strategy and Business Development Group and began his career at the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at the Citigroup Corporate and Investment Bank (Salomon Smith Barney).
Mr. Badesha graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Illinois with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and is based in the New York office.
