Mr. Jason L.
Marsh, CPA, is a Chief Executive Officer and an EVP & Chief Operations Officer at Hazlett, Burt & Watson, Inc. He is on the Board of Directors at HB&W, Inc. In this role, he oversees the daily operations of the firm, and, as a member of senior management and the Board of Directors helps develop and implement the firm’s strategic direction.
Mr. Marsh is actively involved in all areas of the firm including hiring, training, revenue growth, risk management, contract management and capital expenditures.
He also currently serves as the Chairman of the company’s 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan Committee.
Prior to joining Hazlett Burt & Watson, Inc. in 2004, Mr. Marsh started his professional career in corporate finance and spent four years working for a Certified Public Account firm.
This experience provided him a broad base of knowledge in areas of corporate finance, tax preparation, planning, auditing and consulting for a variety of business entities including, sole proprietors, corporations, partnerships, Limited Liability Companies and Not-For-Profit organizations.
Mr. Marsh received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, graduating Cum Laude from West Liberty State College.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
In addition he holds various Financial Industry licenses, including being licensed as a Financial and Investment Advisor.
