James A.
Mullins has been an Owner of Prairie Flat Farms since 1969.
He was a Director of the Omaha Farm Credit Bank from 1985 to 1994, Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation from 1986 to 1994 and the US Meat Export Federation from 1988 to 1995.
Mr. Mullins served as Chairman of the Foreign Trade Committee for the National Cattlemen's Association from 1988 to 1993.
He was Chairman of the US Meat Export Federation until 1994, the Beef Industry Council from 1979 to 1980 and the Omaha Farm Credit Bank from 1988 to 1989.
Mr. Mullins was appointed as Chairman of the National Livestock & Meat Board in 1983.
